Marketing Communications and Consent Policy – Glambees and The Dew Crew

1. What this policy covers

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This policy explains the messages Webbick Business Services (“we”, “us”) sends under the Glambees and The Dew Crew brands through glambees.in, and the choices you have. It supports our Privacy Policy. Our registered address is Unit 101, Oxford Towers, 139/88, HAL Old Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, 560008.

2. Service messages and promotional messages

Service messages are about your account or order: login OTPs, order confirmations, payment and refund updates, shipping and tracking links, and replies to your queries. We send these whether or not you have opted in to marketing, because they are needed to complete your order or run your account.

Promotional messages are about offers, discounts, new products, newsletters and similar. We send these only if you have opted in.

3. How you opt in

When you create an account or check out, you will see a checkbox that is not ticked by default. Ticking it is your choice. It is not needed to create an account, log in or place an order. The wording is:

Send me offers and updates from Glambees and The Dew Crew by email, SMS and WhatsApp, about once a month. I can opt out at any time.

You can also opt in through any signup form that asks for this consent in the same way. By ticking the box, you agree to receive promotional messages on all three channels, and you can choose to stop any or all of them later. We never opt you in without a clear action from you.

4. What we send and how often

We send about one promotional message a month on each channel. This may include offers, new product launches, tips and newsletters. If you gave us your date of birth, we may also send you a birthday offer. We send promotional messages between 9 am and 9 pm India time.

6. How to opt out

You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it:

  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • SMS: follow the opt-out instruction in the message, or write to [email protected].
  • WhatsApp: reply STOP, or message +91 93795 38127.
  • Account: change your preferences in your account, where available.
  • Any channel: write to [email protected] and tell us which channels you want to stop.

We act on your request within a reasonable time, and in any case before the next promotional campaign. After you opt out, you will still receive service messages. Opting out has no effect on your orders, account or any claim.

7. Records we keep

We keep a record of your consent: the date and time, the wording shown, and where you gave it. We also record when you withdraw. We keep these records for 3 years after you withdraw, so that we can show that we followed the rules. We do not sell your contact details or share them with others for their own marketing.

8. Complaints and contact

If you receive a message you did not agree to, or an opt-out is not honoured, write to our Grievance Officer, Customer Relations Head, at [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You can also report unwanted SMS to your mobile operator or to TRAI.
