RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Tampered, used items or items with missing parts will not be eligible for returns.

Return Process

To return an item, please login to you account and raise a returns request on the Account page. Alternately, email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as ‘Not Returnable’, ‘No Returns’, ‘Not Eligible for Returns’ etc.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
